Individual & Family Plans

Open Enrollment for all Individual & Family plan enrollments and renewals, both on- and off-Marketplace, begins November 1, 2022 and ends January 15, 2023. Optima Health is required to send federally mandated renewal letters to all current subscribers, with detailed information on their 2023 premium, benefit changes, and subsidy amounts, if applicable. Please reference chart for templates of all the letters and audiences.
