Small Group Plans (1-50 total employees)
Small businesses are defined as companies with one to 50 total employees. Plans are available with a range of coverage levels, deductibles, and copays.
Note: Effective January 1, 2022, Optima Health no longer offers its OptimaSelect® plans in Charlottesville, VA. Any group currently enrolled in an OptimaSelect plan will remain until the end of their contract date.
BusinessEDGE® Plans (5-250 enrolled employees)

Mid-Market Plans (more than 50 total employees with 150 or less eligible)
Mid-Market groups are defined as employer groups with 51 to 150 eligible employees. Our standard plan designs and funding arrangements may be offered, or they may be customized depending on the size, needs, and resources of the group.
Large Group Plans (151 or more eligible employees)
Large Groups are defined as employer groups with 151 or more eligible employees. Our standard plan designs and funding arrangements may be offered, or they may be customized depending on the size, needs, and resources of the group.
