Virginia Premier Joint Ownership

Sentara Healthcare and VCU Health System finalized a joint ownership transaction of Virginia Premier. While Sentara Healthcare is now the majority owner, VCU Health System retains 20 percent ownership. Optima Health and Virginia Premier now operate as separate health insurance companies under Sentara Healthcare.
