The Sentara COVID-19 call center is available seven days a week to answer questions about symptoms. For members, Optima Health offers safe and convenient access to board certified doctors and behavioral health providers via virtual visits with MDLive and other provider-sponsored programs.
We’ve also enhanced our top-tier Employee Assistance Program to provide COVID-19 resources with continued access to counseling.
Our mobile app makes it easy to schedule telehealth visits, find doctors and facilities, view benefit information, and use the treatment cost calculator. Our wellness program, MyLife MyPlan, helps members take control of their health with assessments, wellness programs, product discounts and self-paced disease prevention programs.
For employers with over 100 enrolled employees, we offer a dynamic, cloud-based reporting tool, DataPoint. This software provides confidential insight into an employer’s total utilization and costs associated with the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.
