Provider Training Opportunity: Home Sleep Study Authorizations via CareCentrix

By now, you should have received communications from Optima Health and CareCentrix^® notifying you about the relationship between our organizations that will take effect on March 1, 2023 for sleep testing services (HST) provided to Optima Health members covered under commercial plans in Virginia.

To support a smooth transition, we invite representatives from your claim and authorization team(s) to attend an informative Sleep Diagnostic provider training session. CareCentrix will host several of these sessions to review important information regarding CareCentrix processes with built-in time for Q&A.

At the end of the training, participants will:

• Understand the changes that will take effect on March 1, 2023
• Know the steps to submit claims requests
• Know where to access helpful tools and other resources
• Know how to request support from CareCentrix

Each training is approximately 1 hour. See the below schedule to register:

• Please register any team members who may need to be informed on the processes related to this change.
• Attendees using different computers will require an individual registration ID.
