Provider Manual Updates

Updates include the new corporate address, clarification of commercial durable medical equipment (DME) authorization requirements, and updates to the existing vision vendor content.

In July 2023, an updated Optima Health Medicaid Program Provider Manual will be released. More information will be shared once it is available on the website.

As Virginia Premier merges into Optima Health under the name Optima Health Group: VP, the existing Virginia Premier Provider Manual will be removed from the website on July 1. Providers will find an Optima Health Group: VP Provider Manual Supplement on the Optima Health and Virginia Premier websites later this month.
