How long will it take for my check to be processed?
This process generally takes two to three weeks, but given the unknowns with COVID-19, it’s difficult to make any guarantees at this time. We are working through these as fast as we can. We know people may need this money quickly.
Can I come pick up my check?
Unfortunately, we can not allow members access to our buildings for health reasons at this time.
Can my money be sent to me electronically?
Unfortunately, we do not have a way to electronically send money at this time.
I didn't receive a check or a letter. How do I get a form?
Please email MLRrebate@sentara.com. We will respond to your email address to send you the form to complete as soon as possible.
