Optima Health Community Care Consumer-Directed Update
The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS)’ contract with Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL), expires on December 31, 2018. Effective January 1, 2019, Optima Health will contract with PPL for F/EA services.
How does this affect you?
Because Optima Health is continuing to use the services of PPL, nothing is changing for you. All consumer-directed services will remain the same.
Effective January 1, 2019, PPL will have a new contact center number at 1-833-549-5672.
