The Optima Health network includes participating providers all throughout Virginia. Your plans are based on the Point of Service (POS) network with PHCS national network.
For those outside of the state, your Optima Health plan includes the PHCS national network. If you or your dependents seek care from a PHCS participating provider, then you will receive coverage at the in–network level. This may be used for retirees who live in another state or for students away at college.
