Submitting Enrollment Requests
Optima Health is implementing changes to accommodate our customers due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Effective today, the Optima Health enrollment team requests all small and large group customers send faxes securely via email to SMALL_GROUP_ENROLLMENT@sentara.com and LARGE_GROUP_ENROLLMENT@sentara.com, respectively.
We will continue to keep you informed of changes that may impact you.
