We're Thankful for You
Optima Health understands that this year’s holiday season will be different due to the pandemic. COVID-19 has put a strain on families and forced us to practice social distancing with loved ones. While the safest way to celebrate is only with those in your household, we understand that many will continue with their normal holiday plans of visiting family and friends.
If you do plan to travel or spend the holidays with friends or family outside of your household, please follow these guidelines:
- enjoy the holiday with a smaller group of people
- connect virtually with family and friends
- wear a mask
- stay at least six feet away from those who do not live with you
- wash your hands often
- celebrate outdoors
To further promote a safe holiday, Governor Ralph Northam has recently changed the statewide measures in an attempt to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The changes became effective on November 15. No matter how your family decides to spend the holiday, we want to encourage you to be safe.
