Extended Payment Deadline for Individual Product
Due to the inclement weather, Individual & Family plan members payment due date extended to Friday, January 12, 2018.
Due to the inclement weather, Individual & Family plan members will have until Friday, January 12, 2018, to make their January premium payment.
Our call volumes and wait times are higher than normal, and we encourage members to use one of the following alternatives to make their payment:
- Online. Members can register at optimahealth.com/members and follow the Online Guides to make their payment using a debit card, credit card, or checking or savings account.
- Electronic Check Payment. Members can call our automated attendant directly at 1-888-645-4306 and follow the prompts to pay using their checking or savings account.
- Cash. Members can pay cash at any of the convenient MoneyGram® locations that accept bill payment. Members will need their member or group ID number, and receive code 15084. Nearby locations can be found at moneygram.com/billpaylocations.

Members will need to know their subscriber ID number to pay their premium. Subscribers (the policy holder) should have received a welcome letter in the mail, as well as an invoice. Each of these documents has their subscriber ID number, which is a seven-digit number similar to 1234567. They may also see a member ID that is similar to 1234567*01 or a group ID, which will look similar to I1234567. The subscriber ID is the first seven digits before the * in their member ID and it is the seven digits following I in their group ID.
