Electronic Delivery of Employer Group Contracts

At Optima Health, we are always looking for ways to improve processes and leverage technology to enhance the customer experience.  With this in mind, we wanted to let you know that Optima Health is moving to electronic delivery of Employer Group Contracts for Small and Mid-Market groups (sized 1-150).

As long as a valid e-mail is on record, group contracts are available electronically for review and acceptance.  If Optima Health does not have a valid email on file for the group, we will continue to mail the contracts.  If any contact information has recently changed, please be sure to communicate your updates to your sales representative.  

In order to successfully review and accept the contract, your group BA will need to do the following:

  1. Click on the group number to view their document.
  2. To eliminate delivery of a paper contract, agree to accept their contract electronically.
  3. Review the content for accuracy.
  4. Read the terms and conditions of the contract, and select Accept/Do Not Accept.

If the group does not agree and accept the contract, your sales representative will be notified and will contact the group to address any issues identified.  If no action is taken within five (5) business days, the group contract(s) will be printed and mailed.  If you have any questions about this change, please reach out to your Optima Health Sales Representative.
