Change To OptimaFit® Enrollment Process

Effective January 1, 2020, the Express Enrollment portal for new members enrolling in an OptimaFit® Individual & Family Plan will no longer be available. We are in the process of implementing another enrollment tool, and expect it to be ready in early May.

In the interim, when you need to enroll an individual in an OptimaFit® plan, please call your Optima Health sales executive. Enrollment applications for off-Exchange plans are available on our website, in both English and Spanish.

Individuals will be directed to the Contact Center at 1-800-741-4825 and one of our Personal Plan Advisors will assist them through the special enrollment process.
