    It’s easy - just complete our online survey recruitment form.

  • If I sign up, how many surveys will I have to take?

    You can take as many or as few as you like. There is no requirement to take any surveys if you sign up; if you decide you don’t want to take any after signing up, that’s fine.

  • How can I be notified about opportunities to voice my opinion about Optima Health?

    Complete our online survey recruitment form and we'll notify you by email when a new survey is available. Participation is optional.

  • What will you do with the information that I give you when I sign up to participate?

    We use the information to learn which of our members are interested in participating — we will not use the information for anything else, and your privacy will be protected.

  • Can you send me a survey through the mail?

    These surveys will only be conducted online. While you may receive customer satisfaction surveys in the mail from our Quality Improvement Department, the surveys referred to on this page have to be taken online.

  • Do I get paid to participate in surveys with Optima Health?

    No. Participation in all surveys is voluntary. We’re confident the information you provide will help make your experience on optimahealth.com better.

  • Why should I sign up to be a Web tester?

    We’re confident that your input will help us make our website easier for you and other members to use.

  • What would I have to do?

    We’ll ask you to sit down in front of a computer at our office and complete some simple tasks. We’ll ask you to voice your thoughts and opinions as you work, and we’ll note what you’re doing on screen.

    It’s important to note that we we’re not testing you, we’re testing our site to determine how easy, or difficult it is to use.

  • What if I’m not really good with computers?

    That's fine — again we’re not testing you, we’re testing our site. We are looking for people of all skill levels to test our website.

  • How much time does it take?

    Testing time varies. We may test for as few as 15 minutes to as long as an hour. Days, start times and duration will vary.

  • Where do you do the testing?

    At the Optima Health office in Virginia Beach, or Richmond. You would need transportation to the facility.
