Dominion Dental is a separate offering and is not an automatic benefit of Optima Health. Your employer must choose whether Dominion Dental is a part of your benefit package. If your employer offers Dominion Dental, you will need to select Dominion Dental coverage at open enrollment in order to be eligible for this benefit. If you do not have Dominion Dental and are interested, contact your employer or benefits administrator.
Optima Family Care/FAMIS Members:
