The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has regulated that all Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs) and Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) Sponsors must provide Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) training to all entities (Providers, Vendors and Pharmacies) they are partnering with to provide benefits or services in the Part C and Part D programs.
