Receive Remits Electronically

Sign in to Provider Connection, choose View Remits and Pend Reports and:

• View your remits online whenever it's convenient for you. We have taken the paper remit and posted the exact image on the web. 
• View, print or download up to 90 days of information.  

Some other important things to know:

• Electronic remit records are only retained for 90 days. It is a good idea to archive your remits by downloading and creating your own archive file.
• You will need to know your vendor(s) numbers. If you don’t have this information, contact Provider Relations.
• Electronic pend reports are also available and reflect claims that are currently suspended (claim has been received, but the processing is not completed).

Please note: pended claim numbers with an R prefix do not necessarily mean that the payment has been retracted. The N claim (or payment) may reappear on the next remit, indicating a reprocessed claim.
