As part of Optima Health’s commitment to be “Easy to Do Business With” we have changed our product names.

The new product names are easy to understand. We’ve eliminated jargon and acronyms, and developed a new naming convention that is meaningful and descriptive.  New Optima Health customers from across the state will find the new names easier to understand and remember.

The new names capture the spirit of Optima Health –- we’re not just an HMO. We’re committed to moving from plan designs to health programs that encourage our members to actively maintain their health. Our new product names — which reflect industry standards — exhibit this commitment.

The plans themselves are not changing. All of the things that you have come to depend on from Optima Health — affordability, simplicity, comprehensive coverage, flexibility, innovation and outstanding service — will remain our hallmark.
