How can I be notified about opportunities to voice my opinion about Optima Health?
Complete our online survey recruitment form and we'll notify you by email when a new survey is available.  Participation is optional.

 

Do I have to fill out an online survey recruitment form?
If you want to be notified about opportunities to participate in focus groups, take unposted surveys or participate in Web site usability sessions, you need to complete the online survey recruitment form  so that Optima Health can contact you.

 

What will you do with the information that I give you?
We use the information to learn which of our members are interested in participating in our surveys -- we will not use the information for anything else, and your privacy will be protected.

 

Can you send me a survey through the mail?
Not these surveys. While you may receive customer satisfaction surveys in the mail from our Quality Improvement Department, the surveys referred to on this page are only administered electronically.

 

If I sign up, how many surveys will I have to take?
You can take as many or as few as you like.

Frequently Asked Questions About  Web Testing

 

 

Why should I sign up to be a Web tester?
Your input will help us make our Web site easier for you and other Optima Health members to use. 

 

Who can be a web tester?
Anyone who visits optimahealth.com. 

 

Periodically, we might recruit testers for specific customers such as:

  • Individuals with and without Optima Health coverage
  • Providers (physicians, doctor’s office manager and office staff)
  • Employers who offer Optima Health benefits to their employees
  • Brokers who sell Optima Health

What would I have to do?
Sit down in front of a computer at our Optima Health office and complete the tasks a moderator gives you. We ask you to voice your thoughts and opinions as you work, and we record what you’re doing on screen. We’re not testing you, we’re testing the site for “usability”, meaning, “how easy is it to use?”

 

What if I’m not really good with computers?
That's fine.  We are looking for people of all skill levels to test our Web site.

 

How much time does it take?
Testing time varies. We may test for as few as 15 minutes to as long as an hour. Days, start times and duration will vary.

 

Where do you do the testing?
We set up a room at Optima Health’s offices or rent a facility. You would need transportation to the facility.
