WebMD Health Manager – Make informed decisions
WebMD Health Manager is a comprehensive collection of data related to personal healthcare. The site empowers Optima Health members to make informed decisions regarding their health. WebMD Health Manager features interactive tools and databases.
You can compare hospitals and estimate the cost of different services and treatments, and learn specific questions to ask your doctor and insurance company about specific health conditions. The site contains health and wellness articles, an illustrated medical encyclopedia and other health-related information.

Personal Health Profile – Develop a wellness program
Personal Health Profile will help you to develop a wellness program specifically tailored to your needs. Once on the Web site, you will be asked to answer a series of questions about your health and lifestyle. Once you’ve answered all of the questions, Personal Health Profile will prepare a customized Health Risk Assessment report for you. You can then view the report for guidance to help you improve your health.

Health Education Answers – Wellness education
Health Education Answers provides a collection of interactive tools, games, information and surveys to help you achieve wellness. Optima Health members can find answers to questions about many health-related topics including diabetes, weight management, depression, bipolar disorder, smoking and addiction, and women and men’s health.

Pharmacy Resources – Know your prescriptions
Pharmacy Resources provides Optima Health members with the information they need to stay informed about prescription drugs. You can investigate drug options, learn about drugs that treat specific conditions, calculate costs for specific drugs, view and print pharmacy claims and get directions to participating pharmacies. You can also use the Drug Information Center to learn about dosage, strength, side effects and potential drug interactions.

Immunization Schedules – Stay on track for immunizations
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) provides a collection of downloadable immunization schedules for infants, children and adults. Parents can use the "Instant Childhood Immunization Scheduler" to develop a custom immunization schedule for their children under 6 years of age.

Health Test Reminders – Never miss a test
The College of American Pathologists provides an online tool that allows you to schedule email reminders for various health tests. Just sign up on MyHealthTestReminder.com and you will be sent emails to remind you of upcoming health tests. You may sign up for blood donation reminders, cholesterol test reminders, colon cancer screening reminders, diabetes test reminders, mammogram reminders and pap test reminders.

Calculate Your Body Mass Index – Find out if you’re overweight
This interactive tool calculates your body mass index, which will help you to determine if you’re overweight. If you are, this tool will help you to take positive action. You’ll find healthy recipes, reduced-calorie menus, guidance on losing weight, tips for controlling your weight, tips for eating out healthily and healthy shopping. This tool is provided by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute as part of the organization’s Obesity Education Initiative.

Choose Healthy – Complementary healthcare products and information
This site is dedicated to complementary (alternative, not free) healthcare. You can search for complementary healthcare providers, access information about complementary healthcare, purchase complementary healthcare products at discounted rates (up to 40%) and submit questions to complementary healthcare providers (i.e. chiropractors, acupuncturists and massage therapists). The site is provided by American Specialty Health Incorporated.

Preventive Health Programs – An ounce of prevention…
At this page on optimahealth.com you’ll find a compilation of information about various free preventive health programs offered by Optima Health. These programs include the Healthy Heart Program, Eating for Life and Tobacco Cessation.
The page also lists other preventive health programs available to employer groups with at least 20 interested employees. Programs include women's issues, immunizations, mobile mammography, asthma and diabetes management, health improvement and cancer.
