You don't have to be a computer expert to participate -- we’re looking for persons of all computer skill levels. In many cases computer novices are the most valuable Web site testers.

The tests only take a few minutes. Web site testers will simply sit down in front of a computer at our Optima Health office and complete a few tasks. We’ll ask you to give us feedback as you navigate our site, and we’ll note what you’re doing on screen.

We’re testing the site, not you. By identifying the areas of our site that cause problems for you, we can modify the site to make it easier to use for all of our customers.
