2009 Optima Health Medicare Sales Certification is a simple process

1. View the Medicare Presentation

Review the information about Medicare in this presentation. This is an open book test. You may refer to the Medicare Presentation while you complete the tests.

2. Take the Compliance portion of the test 

If you do not have certification through AHIP you are required to take the compliance portion of the test. If you have taken the AHIP certification, Optima Medicare will accept this as the compliance portion of certification with our plan and you do not need to retake this section.

3. Take the Product portion of the test

4.  Submit both completed tests via fax

After you have completed the Compliance and Product portions of the 2009 Broker Training Certification Test please fax both portions of the test to Kathy McVey at 757-687-6135.

If you have previously taken the AHIP certification make sure to fax this to Kathy McVey in lieu of the Compliance portion of this test.
