Optima Health’s new individual and family PPO plans provide members with the freedom to choose their providers. The plans also provide the flexibility to move within Optima’s provider network without seeking referrals.

The three plans within the PPO portfolio are Optima FourSight, Optima Plus and Optima Equity.

Each plan encourages utilization of preventive care visits and screenings in order to help members maintain and improve their health. All of these plans provide prescription drug coverage.

Our new individual and family PPO plans are designed to appeal to people seeking different kinds of health plan coverage—from those who desire the coverage to protect their assets in the event of a major life event, to those who need short-term coverage while they are transitioning between jobs, to active young people who need a safety net “just in case.”

Among the options available are high deductible health plans that can be combined with tax advantaged health savings accounts (HSAs). Partnered with HealthEquity, Optima Health’s HSA plans are fully integrated, which makes it easier for the consumer to manage their HSA.
