Introducing Optima Health Association Plans, featuring value added benefits. 

Association Plans are available to all groups with 2-99 employees.

Optima does not reduce Broker commissions as we write Association Business and we will work with the Current Agent or Broker. 

Groups are eligible to receive the value added benefits* listed below at no additional cost to the member:

• Annual gynecological exam and Pap test
• Annual mammogram and colorectal cancer screenings
• Routine prostate exam and PSA test
• Routine immunizations and well child care
• Reductions in most specialist office visits and outpatient surgery copay
• Six Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sessions (compared to three for most plans)
